Mindful eating is so important to eating healthy. It’s a lot harder than it sounds! Especially since many of us are so used to eating meals in front of the TV. My family doesn’t even use the table the majority of the time. We sit and eat and watch King of Queens and Seinfeld together while we eat dinner. I have tried to eat mindfully but it seems so boring most of the time! I think I’ll try to follow the guidelines listed in this article.
